Tandem Skydive
To experience every aspect of our sport
on your very first jump, a Tandem Skydive is just the thing! Following a
short pre-jump briefing, you will experience the thrill of freefall and
even learn the basics of steering and landing a modern “square”
parachute, all this whilst securely attached to an instructor.
£230.00
Technically the jump is called a 'Tandem Skydive'. It is a Skydive because you will be freefalling through the air (without the parachute deployed) for several thousand feet; it is in Tandem because you will be harnessed to a professional parachute instructor at all times throughout the descent . This is the only way you can jump from such an altitude without spending thousands of pounds becoming a freefall parachutist. This is literally the chance of a lifetime! This jump is also much less demanding than the traditional 'static line' jump as the jump and training are completed in one day and your instructor will control your landing.
Static Line
For the greatest personal achievement and
the satisfaction of knowing that you did it – all by yourself – go for
the Basic Skydiving Course. The Course takes place over two days,
training you in skydiving techniques required to jump from an altitude
of over 3000ft, with an automatically opened square parachute. You could
be a fully qualified skydiver in as few as 16 jumps! £180.00
The jump is in two parts —sometimes we can complete and jump in one day depending on certain factors. your training takes place on the Saturday for your jump on the Sunday. During the training you will learn everything you need to know to make a safe and exhilarating parachute jump — the equipment used, how to exit the aircraft, how to operate your reserve parachute and most importantly how to control your landing.
The jump is called a static line jump because from the moment you step into the aircraft you will be securely attached to a 'static line' which is designed to automatically open your parachute for you as you exit the aircraft. All instructors we use are qualified by the national governing body of the sport and each one is specially trained to teach beginner parachutists just like you!
Accelerated Freefall
AFF is the fastest, most exciting way
to become a skydiver! Not only do you jump from over 12,000ft, but you
get the total satisfaction of dealing with it yourself. The course is
termed accelerated because the learning process is considerably faster
than other methods. You are coached and tutored on the ground and in the
air maximising your learning time.

AFF stands for Accelerated Freefall and is the quickest way to become a fully qualified skydiver. Under the conventional static line progression system the average student takes 20 jumps spread out over a number of weeks / months before achieving solo freefall. With AFF, due to one-to-one tuition and the fact that you freefall from your first jump, most students complete the course in eight jumps (often in as little as a week)
